Management shall also be granted to City Manager to maintain a monthly flexible <br />benefit amount of 16% above the Executive Managers. <br />B. Effective the first payroll period commencing on or after July 1, <br />2011, or the date of City Council adoption of this Resolution, whichever is later, the <br />above City- funded employee PERS contributions shall be reduced from 7% to 5.875% <br />of PERS reportable compensation. <br />3.
