A. Recitals <br />(i) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -94 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF BREA AMENDING THE CITY MANAGER'S <br />EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT <br />On July 18, 200, the CITY OF BREA, a municipal corporation ( "CITY" <br />hereinafter) entered into an Employment Agreement with Tim <br />O'Donnell as City Manager ( "MANAGER" hereinafter). <br />(ii) It is the desire of the CITY and MANAGER to further amend said <br />Agreement effective July 1, 2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is found, determined and resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Brea to: <br />-- 1. Delete Section 6 (B) of the City Manager's Employment Agreement dated <br />July 18, 2000. <br />2. Add a new Section 6 (B) to read, "Long term disability benefits, as <br />provided by the City, will be based upon 66.67% of the City Manager's <br />base salary." <br />3. Modify Section 3 (B) to read, "Effective July 1, 2004, the six (6) months <br />termination notice outlined in Section 3 (A) shall be increased to twelve <br />(12) months." <br />APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2004. <br />November 16, 2004 <br />RESO. 04 -94 <br />1 <br />
