r <br />ORDINANCE N0. 211 <br />1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BREA AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 196 OF THE CITY OF BREA ENTITLED <br />2 "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BREA RELATING TO <br />THE SUBDIVIDING OF REAL PROPERTY AND TIE MAKING <br />3 AND RECORDING OF MAPS, PROVIDING CERTAIN PENALTIES <br />AND REMEDIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND REPEALING <br />4 ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT <br />THEREWITH". <br />5 <br />6 The City Cdugoll of the City of Brea does ordain as followq: <br />7 Section 1. That there is hereby added to Ordinance No. <br />81 196 of the City of Brea, to be known as Section 12, Point 13, <br />9 the following: <br />10 That no streets, highways, easements therefor, sidewalks <br />11 and parkways shall be dedicated or accepted for dedication <br />12 unless there is a minimum fifty (50) foot dedication, to be <br />13 divided in a minimum thirty-six (36) foot roadway, two sidewalks <br />m 14 of a minimum width of four feet M' on each side <br />U aZN 15 of the roadway, and two parkways of a minimum width of thirty <br />Vf~3. <br />`:gym 16 <br />aWZZp (30) inches on each side of the roadway. <br />OZ &g_ <br />U.1` 17 Section 2.
