i ; ORDINANCE NO, 219 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />AMOUNT OF MONEY REQUIRED TO <br />3 i DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY AND <br />TAXES ON THE TAXABLE PROPER' <br />4 TO CARRY ON THE WORK OF THE <br />5 FISCAL YEAR 1950-19510 <br />BREA FIXING THE <br />CARRY ON THE VARIOUS <br />FIXING THE RATE OF <br />rY WITHIN THE CITY <br />CITY FOR THE <br />6 The City Council of the City of Brea does ordain as follows: <br />I <br />7 section 1. That the City has, pursuant to law, heretofore <br />8 i elected to have its taxes levied and collected by the Assessor <br />9 and Tax Collector of the County of Orange, Auditor and other <br />i <br />10 officials of the County of Orange. <br />11 Section 2. That it is determined that the amount of <br />I <br />12 1i 59.000 is the amount of money necessary to be raised by <br />13 taxation upon the taxable property within the City as a revenue <br />M < 3.4 <br />to carry on the various departments of the Citk for the year <br />a< <br />u15 1950-1951 and to pay the bonded or other indebtedness of said <br />F J J ~ ~ < ]<m <br />d W ZZ~ 16 j City or any part thereof. <br />~ <br />L <br />0 ' Z <br />o ° _-j= 17 Section 3. That the amount of the assessment necessary to <br />= 4 18 <br />raise the aforesaid sum of money to carry on the various work of <br />19 <br />the City is the sum of 175 cents upon each $100.00 of the <br />20 II assessed valuation of the taxable property within the City. <br />i <br />21' Section 4. That 100 cents thereof upon each x$100.00 <br />22 assessed valuation is hereby apportioned to the General Fund. <br />23; That 25 cents on each $100.00 assessed <br />24 valuation is hereby apportioned to a Special Park Maintenance <br />2.51 <br />i and Improvement Fund. <br />26 That 28 cents on each $100.00 assessed <br />27 valuation is hereby apportioned to the Bond Interest and <br />i <br />28 Redemption Fund. <br />29; That 22 cents on each $100.00 assessed <br />30 valuation is hereby apportioned to Employee Retirement Fund. <br />31 <br />32 <br />1. <br />
